Project Management and Administration
Effective and efficient project management and administration is important to companies that use a project-based approach. Businesses, government agencies and a variety of organizations can use people who are capable of contributing to a project team or lead a variety of projects. Project management and administration staff use an integrated process to initiate, plan, organize, staff, guide, monitor and control a project. Their goal is to meet identified requirements on time and on budget.
