Information Systems and Cybersecurity
Identity theft is in the news more than anyone would like. As we become more and more reliant on digital technology, we become increasingly vulnerable to sophisticated and ambitious hackers.
Protecting our online assets, from personal information to critical corporate and government information, is more urgent than ever. Employees with knowledge and skills in this area are highly desirable to many employers.
The Information Systems and Cybersecurity program in the School of Information Technology at ITT Technical Institute exposes students to the fundamentals needed for entry-level positions involving information systems and cybersecurity. The program introduces students to a variety of topics, such as assessing the security needs of computer and network systems, various computer and network safeguarding solutions, and managing the implementation and maintenance of security devices, systems, procedures and countermeasures.
If you aspire to be an Internet crime fighter, this could be the program for you.
