POLICIES | WITHDRAWAL

If a student wishes to withdraw from any program course(s)
that the student is taking at the school or the students entire
program of study at the school, the student must notify the Dean
or Program Chair in writing prior to the date of withdrawal. The
writing must specify the date that the student will withdraw from
the course(s) or program of study and the reason for the withdrawal.
Prior to the students withdrawal date from his or her program of
study, the student must also have an exit interview with the Academic
Affairs Department and the Finance Department. If, during any quarter
that a student is enrolled in a program of study at the school,
the student fails to: (a) become registered to take any program
course during that quarter within 17 calendar days following the
start of that quarter, the student will have withdrawn from his
or her program of study at the school; (b) attend any classes for
a period of 17 calendar days in a residence course that the student
is registered to take during that quarter, the student will have
withdrawn from that residence course; or (c) eight (8) calendar
days in an online course that the student is registered to take
during that quarter, the student will have withdrawn from that online
course. If a student withdraws from all program courses that the
student is registered to take in that quarter, the student will
have withdrawn from his or her program of study at the school. A
student who withdraws from his or her program of study may be considered
for readmission only in accordance with the Readmission section
