POLICIES | WITHDRAWAL

If a student wishes to withdraw from any program course(s) that the student is taking at the school or the students entire program of study at the school, the student must notify the Dean or Program Chair in writing prior to the date of withdrawal. The writing must specify the date that the student will withdraw from the course(s) or program of study and the reason for the withdrawal. Prior to the students withdrawal date from his or her program of study, the student must also have an exit interview with the Academic Affairs Department and the Finance Department. If, during any quarter that a student is enrolled in a program of study at the school, the student fails to: (a) become registered to take any program course during that quarter within 17 calendar days following the start of that quarter, the student will have withdrawn from his or her program of study at the school; (b) attend any classes for a period of 17 calendar days in a residence course that the student is registered to take during that quarter, the student will have withdrawn from that residence course; or (c) eight (8) calendar days in an online course that the student is registered to take during that quarter, the student will have withdrawn from that online course. If a student withdraws from all program courses that the student is registered to take in that quarter, the student will have withdrawn from his or her program of study at the school. A student who withdraws from his or her program of study may be considered for readmission only in accordance with the Readmission section of this catalog.
